How it Started

GeoAccess was founded by Mark Coleman and David Frost, who had spent years working at the sharp end of infrastructure inspections - and who knew, from hard-won experience, exactly what wasn't working. In 2014, they decided to do something about it.
It wasn't a boardroom. It wasn't a business plan. It was the end of a long day on site, two colleagues unwinding in a hotel hot tub, and an honest conversation about the industry they'd both spent their careers in.
They looked at each other and said the same thing: We can do this better.
That moment of clarity - earned through years of field experience, not theory - is what GeoAccess was built on. A belief that inspections and alternative access could be safer, smarter, and better. That clients deserved better. That the people doing the work deserved better, too.
Over a decade on, that founding conviction still drives everything we do.
